Trying to keep my deposit even though they sent a letter saying I was due the total amount. Too bad they didn't just give it to me, now they are responsible for court costs and attorney fees as well. Oh, and only rent from them if you like pets. By pets I mean roaches.

I agree.We actaully only had ants when we first moved here(almost a year ago now)but now we have roaches.We spray and have traps and such and they are unseen for a few months and then one shows its nasty self again!What I would like to know is what apt complxes around her DO NOT have any roach problems?Because from what I hear and read all of them have roaches(some worse than others) or those palmetto bugs and ants.Is this just something we have to live with if we cannot afford something over $700 a month?!
