I've lived here for 4 years, and its all about what you make of it. We don't have a roach problem AT ALL. The new management is working MIRACLES. Wells Boys property managers are some of the best around. The place is a beautiful apartment complex, with nice landscaping. I do admit the color scheme of the 4 story building should be updated from the miami-vice theme. Way better than the alternatives (behind where salvation army was and the place near 7-11 with the barb wire.

This one is hilarious, oh yes this "beautiful" complex, so wonderful to live in, with piss in the halls and stairwells, tennis court full of broken glass and garbage, problem tenants screaming and vandalizing at all hours. Get a reality check...and some glasses, maybe a hearing aide!

Whoever post this comment about Courtenay Palms being beautiful and what miracles the property owners are making there must work for them. Look at the pictures on here people they speak for themselves. Or better yet just drive over and take a look around. This place is a dump and the drug activity is insane. Call the office about the drugs activity and all you get is that its not their problem call the police. They won't even get rid of these people. That would take money out of their pocket. Or you get that they can only have 3 complaints before they get evicted. That's BS I complained alot about my neighbors and the people across from me had management there atleast 3 times and the cops there as many, still nothing happened. If you want to be scared to go out after dark or if you don't mind loud music, drug activity, or a nasty apartment building then move on in. But if you want something nice, you would be better off living behind 7 -11. Stay away from here and run for your life. Just remember you can rent a house for the price of this crap hole.
