Since the new management came on board about 2 years ago, the place is starting to come around. Remodeling of the washrooms, relatively quite neighbors, many elderly, and its only getting better. As for roaches, just call the office and they schedule the pest control. Its not perfect, buts its getting better. Parking is plentiful, but lighting could be better.
