Both previous reviews are correct. The Co-op is more like a community than just "apartments" and the carrying charges are very reasonable. However, there have been issues regarding the overall attitude of the staff and how they respond to both residents and nonresidents. The staff is lacking in positive communication skills (among other skills). Yet, the residents are great!
