My father has lived here for over a year and a half and I feel comfortable with him here. I agree, the Co-op is like a community than just apartments. It's gated so there is security. The grounds are well cared for. They have a nice pool and assigned covered parking. The building structure looks hurricane proof as well! Since my fahter has lived here, the maintenance staff is very prompt to fix problems. For example, a small leak with his water heater and they replaced the water heater with a new one immediately. If they were rude to anyone, it's probably because they are bombarded with phone calls from people wanting to get in there or get their name on the waiting list because the "rent" is very, very low. You can't beat the price. Background and credit checks are required so you have some decent neighbors.
