This is a well maintained property with assigned parking, a large pool, completely fenced with security. The staff are great and do an excellent job with the grounds, maintenance, etc. Of course, this is not an apartment, it is a coop. The members own shares in the corporation and can sell their rights: their share and the right to their unit. Many people have tried to move here and some have been on waiting lists for 2-5 years. The best way to immediately move in here is to contact an owner who is in the process of selling their rights and then purchasing them. You will never regret moving in here as it is a great community.
