Good place to live.

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2009
 
I have lived in Merritt Island Co-Op apartments for 7 years. My main pluses are that i have continued to pay well below average monthly rent for my entire time there. That is great, and the main topic of my concern. The Mgmt. The maintainance is great and the neighbors are long-term. I raise a child there and would have it no other way.
