I lived here for several years and was very satisfied. The maintanence was great. The manager was great, but she left and the new manager and ownership are just terrible. I finally decided to move out and they wouldn't inspect my apt until after I left, then there were charges for things that were already broken and not fixed. They kept my security deposit and charged me an additional $200 on top of that for all kinds of stuff. The bottom line is that you have to sue them just to get it off your crdit report and it's not worth the time, trouble and money.
Also, the laundry charges more than double the regular rates around here and you have to sit and watch your stuff. They will tell you things that are not true, so get everything in writing from the beginning.
