its in a nice location, quiet for the most part, unless you happen to have a neighbor like ours. we used to rent in one of the other buildings and it was great. but then we moved to this building and now were thinking of moving. (again). neighbors are very loud and constantly fighting. management cant do anything. the police has been here several times, and no changes at all. i think though that this only happens in this building i happen to be in. like i said, it is usually quiet and ppl mostly mind their own business. the management is helpful and nice. they do help out if you have issues. and they come and fix whatever needs to be fixed right away.
the grounds are well kept. pool is nice and clean. twice, the water in the units turned off with no warning- it did came back the same day, (though about 4-5 hours or so later). so it wasnt that big of a deal. plenty of parking space. well lighted and is generally safe. you can walk to walmart at night and not feel threatened.
pretty expensive though for a small 2 bed/1 bath unit with no washer/dryer in unit.
will recommend, but choose the building where youre at.
