An excelent setting on the Indian River, close to everything, gated community, friendly neighbors. I never had any problems with noise or the facilities. Washer and dryer hookups in the apartments and a laundry facility on the premisis. Nice pool too. Car wash area and boat/RV storage area. Only complaint was it was a long way to the dumpster to haul trash.
