They are going condo with absolutely ridiculous prices!!! a one bedroom river view (680 square feet) for $200,000!!!! and that is a non remodeled unit. Being a tenant for over a year I think it is ridiculous that the people who are still renting there have not been given substantial discounts with all the ongoing mess. We have not had a pool or jacuzzi for almost 2 months. the gym has been downgraded to a treadmill in the laundry room. there are constant construction crews that start work at 7 am (even though they are ignoring the STOP WORK ORDER from the county that has been posted - dont worry the county has been notified. there is no parking. I recently had to park on the other side of the complex. painting a hideous combo of colors. the only thing nice they are actually doing is the landscaping. no longer safe due to all the construction workers and the gate always being open to accomodate them. staff have always been very nice but the new sales agent is a B*&T^H

AMEN! This place is a total and complete mess! Potential buyers BEWARE. With the prices they are seeking, they will deserve to have the units sit empty once everyone moves out (and judging from the number of moving trucks I've seen lately, people are leaving at a decent pace...) Everything being sold AS-IS...creaky wood floors, you can hear everything in your neighbors apartment, not to mention the mess here with construction! The people who could possibly afford these prices would rather buy over at Island Pointe, and who could blame them? Newer, nicer and more spacious! Only a fool and his money would buy one of these units at their asking prices especially in this shaky housing market! To top it all off, someone is gonna get injured or total a car with the horrible single space they have serving as an entrance/exit...real nice at night with zero visibility and no lighting! I'll be placing a call to Brevard County myself tomorrow. That mean sales lady does not scare me!!!
