The last two comments are correct. Safety has become an issue. Lighting is terrible here. People have gotten their cars damaged. When I moved in there was a waiting list for the type of apartment you wanted. Now you look at the buildings and the majority of the apartments are empty. Every week-end people are leaving, people who have been here for years. The ones that are really stuck are the ones who moved in in good faith and this place was in the process of being converted and they never told us. Now they tell us we are stuck with our leases. All the money we spent to move in. No compensation for us. Nothing for the poor lighting, not having gates. All we want to do is to be able to move on. Everyone else can go except the ones that just moved in when they knew all along what they were going to do. If they do that to us now, why would anyone believe any of their promises'
