After reading all the other reviews I felt compelled to give mine. I moved in after the construction was done and the did a great job. The outside of the buildings are done to blend into the landscape and individualized. They are very inviting and make you proud you live here. All of the units have their own washer/dryers now and that is a major plus. They are all wired in each room for cable and the cost of the cable is only $23. per month...cheaper than individual bills. I have had to call for maintenance who responded quickly and I am very satisfied with their work. The gates are working and it makes me feel more secure being a single woman. The pool and river walk are a beautiful sight that I enjoy daily. I would recommend, and have, this beautiful place to my friends. The office staff have been very helpful to me from the start and very friendly as are the other neighbors.

When you read a post that sounds like the advertisement for the property, it has most likely been written by someone working for the management company. Good grammar and punctuation, along with the word use ("very inviting", "proud you live here") are dead give-aways. Nice try, guys. If you provided your tenants excellent customer service, you would not have to post fake comments.
