I am a current resident and am counting down the days till I can move out. I live in a 1 bed/1 bath condo which Sunset Bay rented me and shortly after that, sold it, transferring my lease to the owner. Now my A/C has been broken for over a month and my owner is refusing to fix it and no one at Sunset Bay seems to really care or want to try and help me out. Living in condo with no A/C, even in April, has been unbearable as it is usually 78-80 degrees inside. This place is very beautiful but the staff can be extremely rude and unprofessional. The condos are extremely overpriced, you can get a small house in the area for the same price as a 1 bed/1 bath here. Parking is also a problem as the trees and plants (in the entire area around my particular condo) have destroyed my car and I have to wash it EVERYDAY to even try and keep it clean. I can hear everything my upstairs neighbor and downstairs neighbor do. I can even tell what TV shows they are watching sometimes. I would definitely advise people to give much consideration before renting (or investing) at Sunset Bay.

All I can say is that I feel your pain. I'm at a loss of words at this point, trying to describe the woman in that front office. I've never had such a problem with someone. My water bill is close to $100 per month. I live in a 1-bed 1-bath so clearly there are some leaks. I called them and asked for someone to come out and take a look because I was sick of paying it. I endedu p having to fix the toilet myself, my friend had to fix the sink, and I still have a bill that pushes $50. I can barely turn on my faucets in my bathroom and when I asked if they could be replace (which is NOT expensive at all) the front office ignored me. Unfortunately, my condo is owned by Sunset Bay...I WISH I had an owner that I could call because Mora is impossible to work with.

glad i read your reviews!i was going to move there...but that lady mora?she doesn't give a damn if you take the place or not.not moving there.already have a nightmare drunken landlord im leaving now!
