Parking can be a nightmare because there is a huge berry tree (or trees) that shed all over the cars in a significant portion of the parking lot during certain times of the year. The location is wonderful, being right in the heart of brickell and is very convenient to downtown, coral gables, coconut grove and Key Biscayne. There are a lot of pretty trees and this gives the complex a nice home-like and personal feel. In my opinion, the office can be difficult to deal with at times, and the manager there can be very unfriendly, at least that is the way I was made to feel. It seemed that my continued patronage was not important relative to the apartment complex being able to get some more money from me.
