Really. Don't sign that lease. There are too many other options on Brickell for anyone to get involved with these people. They are so rude. They are inept. The place is run down. Nothing gets fixed. You put in a request for maintenance and maybe, if you are lucky, they will show up in a few weeks, if ever. As for the building, the walls are so thin that you can hear every one of your neighbor's conversations.
