I will try and illustrate my experience for two years on this community:

1) Management is an absolute nightmare to deal with, they give you attitude, they help you when they feel like it but most of the times, they are no help at all.
2) They will try to screw you with some costs, like paying for water separately or "adjusting" your rent a little too often.
3) Parking will make a grown man cry, first, because there are no assigned parking spaces, it is under a first come, first serve basis, and if that night you were out and come home late, you are very likely to have no place to park. Also, there are some huge trees on the back of the parking lot, and these trees bloom twice a year, dropping grape-like fruits over the cars. Mind you, these little fruits will ruin your car's paint and are really tough to wash out.
4) Being an decent priced rental community, you will come across some characters that will make your experience quite "colorful", like standing on the visitors parking lot at 3am with the loudest music ever, or like jumping in the pool at 1am in the morning completely drunk and forcing you to call the police.

Spare yourself from the stress that living on this place will give you.

Yea I totally agree. This is a very sheisty operation. Management consists of ----------------------- women who do their best to make your stay a living hell. I love how their hours 9am-1pm, so if you have mail and you work, you are screwed
