I am moving to Miami and was interested in checking out the complex. I called for an apointment and left a message on the answering maching. No one called back, so I visited again the following day. The office was again locked, so I called the office. This time an agent answered. I informed the agent that I was outside the office and requested to view a two bedroom apartment. She asked if I had an appointment and I told her that I had called and left a message the previous day. She actually said, "well a lot of people called yesterday and maybe you aren't at the top of our list." i hung up and left. If the staff is this obnoxious and rude to potential customers, imagine how they treat those who are already locked in. NO THANK YOU!!!

I lived at this complex for THE WORST 2 years of my life. I was the victim of an awful burglary there and my apt was ruined in the hurricane and NOTHING was done...don't feel bad b/c --- (that's her name) speaks that way to everyone. After my break-in - when nothing was done about it- she told me "the people that own this building are like Donald Trump...they don't have time to deal with you." Be grateful you did not move in.

Sorry, I can't help but laugh: "the people that own this building are like Donald Trump...they don't have time to deal with you." --- must really be blowing smoke --------------------- behind! The difference between Trump and ----- is that one of them has class and the other has moldy apartments with cheap appliances.
