Well,what more is there to say than this is a rip off. From what you pay you think you should at least be safe and secure in your own place. First of all, the maintenance staff eavesdrop..as I personally saw them looking under a neighbor's door. I couldn't believe it! But worse than that is that if I treated anyone the way the management treats their tenants I'd be out of a job! They act like they're doing you a favor to just do their job. Hmmm.what else..the list coud go on and on..this place is horrible!!
How about replacing the screen door that blew out from hurricane Wilma in OCTOBER in March!! From no emergency lighting to the elevators constantly breaking down, it's a dump..for what I pay..it's a dump.
All i can say is one year here is one year too many and I can't wait to get out!!! You can pay a $100 more and move to a brand new building on Broadway..check it out !! it's great--where at least the staff will treat you with respect! and some knowlege...oh I forgot to mention I had to help them fill out my lease-and show them where to put the correct amts.:) nice!
