Whenever there was a problem in my apartment, it always was repaired an replaced in due time (problems where not often). When they had to come in and I was not there, nothing was disturbed. Never had problems with the office staff, they always responded in polite. My only tiff is that having two cars, I was not always able to get a covered parking space. Great location.
