been working with the property for over 10 yrs. they are very responsive to their cuatomers needs and are involved in the BHA. the property is freindly, quiet, positive atmosphere, family environment, professional staff..

"Professional Staff"...maybe when it comes to professionally screwing tenants. The office staff is under the impression that they (or should I say YOU) are doing tenants a favor. They never care about anything. In fact, the building is so cheap that they removed all the screen doors from the balconies so that they wouldn't have to repair them since many of the rollers broke. Not that you'd want to open the balcony since all the noise from US-1 (oh, sorry, Brickell) makes it impossible to even watch TV. Security is a huge problem since every time the lights go out, the building's doors open up. During every hurricane the building has been wide open for looters--who love just a few blocks away--to come in and have a field day. Also, don't expect much from public services such as fire/rescue/police since this building is within the boundaries of the City of Miami; where the lowest of the low thrive in ignorance.

"Professional Staff"... JAJAJAJAJA freindly????? ------------------- are veryyy nice.... disconting people, quiet... with the noise 8 AM on SATURDAY!!! yeahh very quiet, positive atmosphere offff courseeeee!!! doors open, flat tires, broken windonw, garbage on the floors.. yeahh very good armosphere...., family environment, sorry where???? everybody in that building hate the place... every single tennant, professional staff.. JERKS!!
