1550 Brickell is a nightmare, a complete abuse for the tenants, today my husband and I sleep in a hotel.
When we came back from the office, I found my department full of dirt, and each furniture with plastic, my TV on my bed, the coffee table on the sofa, two frames broken, because they are changing the windows, but the associations never toll us, we need sleep out of the building. DISASTER!!!

PLEASE HELPPP!!

Reality check time! These may be considered a "condo" if you come from the 3rd world--which is pretty much all that lives in this dump. The area is a dump with a major highway and all the noise and pollution that comes with it right in front. The parking lot is filled with rats and snakes. Oh, have you missed the HUGE vultures that fly above dumping poop all over the place. So much luxury in the whole place stinking like urine. Brickell is not a nice area to live in--it's a pretentious area. I'd rather live in Aventura but I am stuck here because of work. If it wasn't because my company pays my rent here I wouldn't have a reason to live in this dump. I, actually have taste and way too much class to live in a second hand run down dump. If Miami's so up and coming--how come it's NEVER come UP!?!

Completely agreed, the apartments are a mess and certainly unsafe while the work is being performed! We complained of this by letter to Iso and received a response that tenants are "raving" about the work that's being done. It is absolutely insane to authorize this work while tenants are living in the building. Also, the urine smell chokes me in the parking lot.
