was going to rent here but management is very shady. They post one price on the MLS for the rent, but this is based on some "credit" which only covers six months before your rent goes up. They play all sorts of games with the numbers (e.g. charging you $20 for water separately) and try to be very clever. This is a bad way to do business.

This is pretty funny. I'm a realtor and got jerked around with the price (listed on the MLS)when I called for showing instructions. Unaware of the mass construction I brought my client anyhow. The agent showed us a model unit. I thought it was cute. The pool and gym were shut down and it was dusty. I was concerned about the open parking, because the lot looked like a feeding ground for damaging cars.
