This place is way below standards. It's filthy, abandoned, noisy, has no security, and the management never takes care of any issues. Can NOT wait to move!! I paid for a parking spot ($40/month) and i come home sometimes to find that another car is parked in my spot, and the office refuses to get it towed. Of the two elevators, one is broken almost ALL the time, if not both at the same time. The security lights outside do not work, the gate is always opened for anyone to come through. The maintenence workers always have cars here that they are doing repairs on, taking up the parking spaces reserved for the tenants. This palce is awful!!! The pool area is a joke, there are construction workers constantly there doing contruction that was supposed to be completed in August. It is now November 26, 2007. Keep looking, i wish someone would have told me...

I actually lived in this building from 2003-2006. It was decent to live there for the price. When I moved in 1 BR's were going for $1,050 no additional fee for water and a month free. Management has always been a problem. They take everything extremely personal. No idea how people can't understand when tenants are upset over the condition of their home. I also cannot believe that the new gym building is not done. Someone is making a career out of building a two story building. I appologize for not sending a warning out sooner about 1550. Unless they start giving a month free again please take the extra time and effort to rent from a condo owner who will respect you a little better. It will take an extra two weeks of searching and you will have to educate yourself along the way...but you will be happier.
