I have been staying in rental properties for a couple of years, I never had such a bad experience, bad would be grossly understated word for my experience at this property, you can think of worst and worst for this property, especially the management, they are screwed up, what I would suggest for prospective tenant is that if you want to hijack your happiness you can definitely go ahead and rent this property.

Yet another happy 1550 Brickell customer "raving" about the renovations. Did they leave base boards on the floorin your apartment with the nails sticking up?--they left them in our apartment despite the fact that we have a baby.
