1550 is a scene of devastation. There is construction debris strewn all throughout the hallways and parking lot. There is no parking, as it is taken up by construction vehicles, dumpsters, and containers. The elevator(s) is (are) always broken. The water pressure sucks. Half the gym equipment is broken. Construction mayhem starts at 7:00 AM (jackhammers/beeping/people yelling loudly in spanish). The scene here at 1550 is one of turmoil, hard feelings and absolute devastation. It's a wonder its still open.

Management is rude, and the the owner of the building is a huge jerk. He's really paranoid about people finding out his office phone number and location, so I'll help the cause and let the jerk have it. Those women at the leasing office better stop protecting their boss by hiding his existence...Or they'll be liable for crimes just as he is. My prediction for the upcoming year is that owner ------ ----- will be indited for white collar crimes and the two office hoes will lose their jobs... at the very least...

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! MY WIFE CALLED ------ -----'S (OWNER OF 1550 BRICKELL) ------- OFFICE LAST WEEK AND HE WAS A COMPLETE JERK TO HER. THIS POST IS SOOO RIGHT, ------ GETS PARANOID WHEN YOU CALL HIS OFFICE. HAHAHA THE GUY IS A SNAKE, AS I HAVE "SEEN" HIM IN PERSON. THE LATEST I HEARD WAS THERE WILL BE A MEETING IN BUILDING A LOBBY, MONDAY, FEB. THE 25TH AT 8PM TO SIGN A PETITION. IF THE DEMANDS ARE NOT MET, THERE SHOULD BE ABOUT 25 PEOPLE TAKING HIS SKINNY ASS TO COURT.

I'm not sure that a petition will have any effect. Rather, is there a governmental entity to which we may complain? Or perhaps, a joint letter to the Herald would be more effective.
