If I had known that this place was run by the selfish and bastardly whims of one man,----------------, who inherited this --- unit apartment complex from his daddy, -----------------, and who runs the place like a child's playroom, I would never have entertained the notion of giving this greedy sonovabitch a year's worth of rent.------------- comes from a long line of greedy, penny-pushing ----; the Green family will take you to court for $200 late rent. Yea, I'd say these folks are greedy pigs allright...

I gave the man (---------------) much respect when I called his office last month inquiring about the two year ongoing construction project that is actually making the premesis uglier and more unliveable. I questioned him about the status of the pool, which has been out of order since September, and shows no sign of reopening. He told me that "if I did not disclose how I obtained his office number, he could not continue our conversation..."

The new doors only have 6'4" headroom, and you feel like a midget when you enter the building. The new hallway wood around the elevators is disgusting an looks cheap. The new "gym" building gives the whole property a cramped, crowded feeling, not to mention the new gym will not have free weights, the most essential part of any lift workout. This is just another example of ------ not wanting to pay a little more for insurance to give his tenants a few actual amentities. This place reeks of a cheap owner going out of his way to drain the most out of your pocket, while investing as little as possible. The construction renovators are all illiterate Central Americans who probably don't have Green Cards... I think I'm gonna contact ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement).

Also, if half of the pictures posted were actually of the property, why did you sign a lease. Why move somewhere that looks like the pictures you've posted? Why? Because that is not the property, instead of complaining so much why not see that it is almost done. Once it is done, we will be at one of the best spots in Brickell! I have been living here for some time and I am beyond excited to see the end result. But by all means leave if you are unhappy so the rest of us can enjoy the benefits of this beautiful property and all the great amenities it will soon have.

What's up management?? I found a 2 bedroom, 2 bath 1,360 square foot "condo" that I am leasing from an individual owner across from American Airlines Arena for $2,000/ month. That includes internet, HD cable, valet, 2 parking spaces, an infiniti pool overlooking bicayne boulevard with sauna, steam room, yoga room, 10,000 square feet of party rooms, pool rooms, and a GYMNASIUM all on the 12th floor. There are much better deals with much more value to be had in Miami than what 1550 will offer even after construction. Their little gym building won't even have free weights... The grounds are 95% concrete/asphault and the echo is horrible with the new gym building...They are building concrete walls everywhere around the property so that you feel like cattle. The whole property makes me feel clostrophobic. There are much better deals to be had, just stick your head out and find them. Also, disreguard what this last person said, she is obviously misinformed or simply retarded. 1550 has this "cheap" appearence to it that makes you think you are getting ripped off, especially because the rent is identical to what you will pay in a new, classy skyscraper loaded with REAL AMENTITIES.
