I wasted two years of my life at this hellhole. The building is cheaply built and too close to US-1 (Brickell Ave.) - you will find it read hard to get to sleep at 1550 Brickell because US-1 in front of the apartments is not asphalt but concrete, and it is really, really noisy 24-hours a day. Also, they built the buildings really close to the road. Also, the doors and windows do not block sound AT ALL.

Management and staff are rude. All they want to do is make money off of you, and place no emphasis on serving your needs.

1550 is Horribly overpriced - you can sublease LARGER and NICER units down the street in many of the new condo buildings that have recently been built, and the amentities are SOOOOO much nicer and the staff treats you with dignity right off the bat. You don't have to "earn" respect (Right Julie'') like you do at 1550.

Please take my advice and look to sublease from a "condo" building instead of this lousy "tenant" building...

By the way smarten up you cannot sublease from someone that owns the property, you can lease from them or you can sublease from the person that they are leasing to. That one is free, the next one will cost you.
