They treat you like garbage, even the security. Ever been talked down to by an illegal alien security guard who can't speak a word of English''' Even my mother doesn't like them! Also, they charge $600 to replace the carpet in a 10'x11' bedroom when you move out. Also, they install the cheapest carpet so that they HAVE to replace it and charge you an arm and a leg... The owner is a prissy little biotch. He enjoys screwing his tenants, filthy ol' ----bag...
