Pros: Good Location

That's about it.

This place just got a face lift and a new gym. But the new gym is no bigger than the old one, they only had enough room in the new gym for 1 new machine, bringing the grand total of machines in the "new gym" to 4. The pool is still under construction... As it has been for two years... The hallways don't have wallpaper and there is conduit/wires hanging from the walls and cieling. It's been that way for two years and shows no signs of getting better.

The noise here at 1550 Brickell is horrible. The echo from the whole property being either concrete or asphault makes the noise from cars driving down Brickell Avenue nearly unbearable at night. "Click - Click, Click - click"

SECURITY- My car was broken into almost a year ago and my stereo was removed. They entered my car door from the driver door lock and threw everything in my car all over the parking lot. Of course, they only have security there two or three nights a week. The rest of the time there is NO SECURITY. I went to my car the next day to find my driver door propped open and a pile of my belongings (clothes, papers, CD cases, etc.) sitting next to my car. The office was not "legally" allowed to talk to me about the incident!!!

Please don't make the same mistake I made :-(

I agree 100% --- STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUILDING _ GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!! When you are first greeted they give you the "Nice" treatment, then when they suck you into their lease they do everything WRONG and NEVER TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR MISTAKES!!!!! ---- ------AND ----ARE DING DONG'S THAT NEED TO GET A LIFE!!!! THEY BOTH SUCK AS OFFICE "PEOPLE" .... STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE AND APARTMENT: IT SUCKS!!!!!!

I'm not sure what 1550 Brickell it is that you are referring to because the pool has been finished for at least 3 months now at 1550 Brickell. The new gym which has all brand new top of the line state of the art equipment is not only fabulous, but has more than enough equipment which is probably why it is ALWAYS in use (whether you go in the morning, afternoon, or night, you will find people there). Maybe you should check your counting skills because there are far more than eight pieces of equipment when you have 5 pieces of cardio equipment alone, not including the strength equipment, which in case you were too dense to notice are all for two types of exercise, dumbbells, bench, stability ball for abs. Yeah that really sucks... NOT!!! There is a great place to hang out and watch the news, football, or just sit with your laptop and enjoy a cup of coffee. I haven't been there long, but I haven't seen one strip of wallpaper missing from the halls. It's funny how you say you can hear everything from the street considering the windows are hurricane impact windows and I work from home (therefore I'm there all day during rush and hour and after) and I am not bothered one bit by noise on the street - and my unit faces the street. As to your car being broken into that is a shame, but really that can happen anywhere, I see one of the security guards there every night (7 days a week). Plus, don't you park in the resident parking which is not visible from the street nor is it accessible to anyone with out the "fob". Plus, again I'm not sure how long it's actually been since you've been there but they have security cameras through out the property. All I can say is I am nothing but happy there, and I am glad that all the trash that was previously there has obviously cleared out. All you dummys that stayed around while the construction was going and are leaving now and leaving the new beautiful place to the decent people to enjoy. HAHA Thanks!!!!

Yea, R-o-b-e-r-t B. Greeeeeen likes to chase female tenants around the building with his little uncircumcised Jewish worm... If you see the owner of the building (R-obert B. Greeeeen) you'd best call the police for your own safety... He might try to rape you and THEN call the police and say you tried to rape him... STAY AWAYYYYYY !!!!!!!!!!!!
