The only ------------- at 1550 Brickell is the management. ------------- are deceptive and will say anything to get you to sign the lease. We are so sorry to have signed a lease at this place. We actually don't live there anymore and just pay rent to save ourselves a legal battle.

------------- are directed to lie by the owner of 1550, who is himself a corrupt pig. Don't worry, 1550's glory days are over, and I can see there are very few lights turned on over there during the evenings and the parking lot looks empty...Emptier than when I lived there during construction!!! Hopefully this great website is helping people to STAY AWAY from 1550 Brickell.

Read the rest of the reviews. Leased there for 2 years but actually only lived there for 18 months because it was so unbearable. Elevators break down twice a month. No nightime guard. Strange noises in the halls in the wee hours of the morning - the walls don't hold back your neighbor's toilet flushing very well either. Small/irrelevent gym. Bad water pressure. The property has a "boxed in feel", and the noise from the Brickell Ave. is horrible, the building is not set back far from the street. The complex would be much better served in Kendall, it is too overpriced and too outclassed compared to other, newer buildings in the area.

Wow, MiamiGuy556 sounds like you lived there years ago, maybe when they had to redo all of the units due to the hurricanes. I have lived here since then, and yeah it was tough during construction but if you were still here you would realize that it is like night and day! 1st. I don't remember the last time that the elevators were out of order. I usually go to the gym at night, and there is always a guard there at night, every night. I am a super light sleeper, and I don't ever hear any "strange noises in the wee hours of the morning", and the only toilet I hear flushing is my own. The number 1 reason I can tell you haven't been here for a while, is that you still mention the noise from Brickell, THE WINDOWS WERE REPLACED TO HURRICANE GLASS, which helps TREMENDOUSLY in keeping out the noise! Get a clue, and move on. Blasphemy & you have been posting here for a long time, get a life already and let 1550 strive. The people here are very nice, and they have worked very hard to get us a nice place to live, and it is worth it. It is ridiculous that a couple of losers have to jump up and post about some place that they used to live on for so long. ---------------------.

Hey Anonymous - I moved out of there about four months ago - after the windows were replaced. Let me tell you from personal experience that the windows were manufactured in Colombia and installed by a bunch of ------------------------- who looked like they didn't know what they were doing. If you are management, check it out yourself, every window sill has a Colombian flag sticker on the bottom. The windows were like speakers for Brickell avenue, LOUD< LOUD < AND LOUDER!!! Airplanes, fire trucks, police cars, loud sports cars... I could hear it all CLEARLY from my apartment there. Also, anyone who would vehemently stick up for that place is a loser. I hope the owner ------------ gets put in jail for the illegal things he is doing there. The place is a nice dump held up with glue and managed by a bunch of --------------------------.
