Most of the tenants are leaving. The housing crisis means that most smart people in the building are finding better deals in the new skyscraper condo buildings (renting from owners or developers). The deals that can be found downtown make 1550 Brickell look like a joke. The only people that are left are the complacent ones who allowed the blue film to be on their windows for months without taking it down themselves. I took m blue film down after a week. Those are the ones who would never complain about anything -- the ones who left the blue plastic on their windows until inspections-just as management advised. They are probably from 3rd world countries, and thus easily sold on "immigrant luxury" and used to poor service that 1550 is famous for. Qlkxv6lfLuuXn3BrtpO7

I think "Anonymous" on the top is the same guy who just wrote the "glowing review" and gave 1550 a perfect "5" on everything (happyleaser1550). 1550 Brickell apartments are far from a "5" or perfect on anything, this guy must be the owner or management trying to revive the building's dwindling approval/ratings by posting multiple reviews.

I wasn't the same person that wrote the above positive note, but again, it is a shame that people cannot express a good opinion without all you crabby unhappy people attacking them. Whoever did write the comment, I agree with you, I almost moved into a condo and decided to hold off and am glad I did.
