People don't believe what these idiotic liars post on this website, the property is great, and if you don't believe me, that is just fine, go by and check it out instead of listening to the lies being posted by these unhappy losers. This website does not even validate what they are posting, so who knows where most of those pictures are from. I posted some pictures on here that are actually of the property (you can see it by going to rent.com like I did, or you can actually go by and see for your self). I don't know what these people went through and why they are hell bent on making this place look bad, but the place is great. I think the staff is soooo nice. But I can only imagine the way they treated the staff, I mean they cannot even respect someone who is posting their own positive opinions on here, so imagine how they talked to the staff who worked there. Don't put too much weight on what you read on here, because I would never believe that the place I live in is the same place that I am reading about on here. Take if from me, I love it there!!!!

DISREGARD THE ABOVE POSTER, his IP address has been confirmed as that of the owner!!! He is the only one who has anything nice to say about his "immigrant luxury" joke of a building... The fact remains that management is still there, and most of all, the same owner is still there, although a lot more frequently. The same owner that charges a $200 re-deco fee, a $200 cleaning fee, and $1,200 dollars to replace the carpet in a single 10'x 11' apartment upon moving. So in spite of the mickey mouse changes and the new joke amenities, IT IS STILL THE SAME PLACE... Noisy, real close to the "clickity-clack" of Brickell Avenue, low ceilings, poor water pressure, windows that "transmit" noise rather than block it, non- English speaking security, crime problems w/ cars in Parking lot, etc, etc, etc...

The above poster clearly has low standards if he is not only Okay with the crappy situation of 1550 Brickell; he is actually sticking up for the people who run it! (((SOUNDS LIKE MANAGEMENT))) He also admitted to being a member of an elite group of former, current, and future 1550 leasers whose low standards are keeping 1550 Brickell in business! Congratulations! 1550 is farrrrrr from "perfect" you loser!

ABOVE REVIEW IS THAT OF 1550 MANAGEMENT - The gym you see is the "whole" gym, not a part of it. Small, isn't it? I expect to see these stock photos on management's new website.

NOTE: 1550 Management will treat you like "Unhappy losers" and "idiotic liars"... Name calling is no way to attract tenants. The pictures listed for 1550 are real and the reviews are that of current and former tenants. There is no way a couple glowing reviews of 1550 brickell will be taken seriously, much less correct 1550 Brickell's shady business/management practices.

Anyone that currently lives here would take it personally because if my mother or father were to want to see where I am living, they would get a totally inaccurate impression and that may cause them to worry. It's sad that you people who don't even live here have nothing better to do than to try and insult everyone. I can only speak for my experience at 1550 and I cannot complain. It's a great price, location, and with the HURRICANE GLASS I can easily study all afternoon including rush hour! Good luck in finding happiness, but stop talking about this great place that I don't see anything of these negative comments here.

this reviewer is obviously a liar. check out the nice photos management took. its pathetic. I know who that reviewer is by the language that she used when they gave me a chastising letter assaulting my character. I dont care how nice the gym is, nothing is worse than living 1550. Its not luxury, its hell. (and really, why would anyone else other than management take the negative reviews so personally?)
