They only assign one parking space per unit so if you have a spouse which a car they have to try and find a visitor space. Well with 2 towers and so many units. That can be quite hard to do. Ghetto - The place is a night club at night. People in their houses playing really loud music plus you have cars driving by with loud music as well. Also u can't even drive out of the parking lot without making sure you wont hit one of the million kids that play in the streets. Also the maintence needs work.
