Not good - Lived there in 1998 for 10 months and at that time it was horrible. I´ve never seen so many roaches in one place, so many strange neighbors and there´s a river behind the complex completely dirty and full of crap inside (ex: I remember counting 8 grocery shop carts in one morning INSIDE the river)
