Good location, kind of small - This is a complex that has gone condo but has units for rent. My unit featured all new fixtures and appliances. The kitchen is outrageously small. Storage space in the apartment is non-existent. Grounds are well-kept. Kids can be noisy as there isn't really a place to play. Pool area is small but nicely kept.
