The most annoying thing is the shower squeels because of the water saver equipment. Parking for guests is almost non-existant. Two Sides to Every Coin - I moved into the Alexan in December 2002 and will be moving out in July 2004. My intial experience was a positive one. I love the maintenance crew -- they a great! But, the turn over in the front office has been frequent, but they may have finally settled down with a semi-permanant group. BUt, the office staff has always been helpful for the most part.

Nice & Friendly Atmosphere - True the colors are terrible, but the apartments are well priced with very big square footage. The only thing missing is no washer or dryer hook ups in the apartment. The Laundry room is clean & well priced. Neighbors are friendly & quiet. Plenty of parking with lovely landscaping.
