About to Move In - I found this apartment community to be the most value for the affordable price. I've looked aroung the Miami SW area for a better offer, but this one seemed to be the best. As per the previous reviews, I was told that they fumigate once a month. So I'm not sure there should be any bugs crawling around any time soon. Good Value, Nice Complex - Have lived in complex for 7 months and no major complaints. Building is well maintained, problems in the apartments are fixed quickly. Did have my car broken into in first two months, but management quickly reassigned parking for me and have had no problems since.
