The first apartment I was assigned had roaches. They gave me another one, but that one had a hole in the wall thru which dozens upon dozens of termites entered. I used about 3/4ths of a can of Raid to kill them all.

I expected noise from the jet as the complex is at the end of the runway, but there also are trains that roll thru most mornings at 3:25am. Noise inside the apartment is nearly unbearable as all floors are tiled and there's nothing to absorb the sound of even your own voice.

There's construction surrounding the place and this makes it difficult to get in and out during rush hours.

The staff was pleasant and were genuinely interested in solving whatever problems they could -- not much they could do about the jets and trains, however.

I am being re-assigned to Los Angeles soon, but I would have moved at the end of the first month regardless.
