After signing a lease, with an agreed upon $199 non-refundable fee, they kept this:
(and it took 2 1/2 months to even recieve the paltry check)

Administration fee 275
Move in fee 75
Furnishing depreciation 199
Parking fee 40
Electricity overage 150

Come on, folks.

I was only there for 7 weeks.

Not to speak of, it was buggy, the dsl constantly went out, my water heater busted, and the place was a shabby mess.

STAY AWAY! Oh, please, STAY AWAY!
