ill be honest i couldnt wait to write this and blast the staff at this place after we left there in the spring...not only are there shady occupants (yes, even including ACORN people!) staying there, this is a location that should be avoided in general. noisy, right next to a dirty river, and vast gas tanks for the airport. while staying there within the last year, 5 cars were broken into parked in the lot. the staff did little and went into hiding while being questioned. so sketchy!!thieves got away with the gate remotes also!! so this could happen again unless the staff has since then replaced the remotes which i highly doubt as well.. weeks later a car was stolen just down the street. the thugs really thrive on this airport area as crime is concealed beneath the deafening noise of planes flying over all hours of the day. again avoid this place. between a faulty a/c and occasional bugs in our kitchen, a guest of mine even pointed out the electrical company that installed the fuse boxes is longtime being investigated of fraud and has since collapsed.. college students or temporary residents can find way better deals in the coral gables/grove/doral area for less than what the Villas is charging. awful wifi and cable service. we even tried installing a local cable and was rejected because the property location not covered!! trust me, this place is awful.. miami offers so much more sufficient scenery and service.. !!
