Decent place to live. Some apartments are better / cleaner than others. The 2 BR apts are pretty big, but have a weird, long hallway to the back bedroom.

Noise was generally OK, but it gets pretty noisy whenever something is happening at the convention center right across the street.... especially during the week long boat show. They use jackhammers to set up all the tents... starting at like 7:30 AM.

The rooftop pool can't be beat. Hardly anyone is ever up there.... and it's a nice little breezy paradise away from the melee, with a cool view of the whole city. Bonus for watching fireworks on NYE and Jul 4th.
