Have lived in complex for 7 months and no major complaints. Building is well maintained, problems in the apartments are fixed quickly. Did have my car broken into in first two months, but management quickly reassigned parking for me and have had no problems since. Only complaint is the use of very cheap windows and sliding glass doors. Very thin one-pane glass that doesn't not seal properly.
