SAVE YOUR MONEY. GO TO A PLACE THAT DOESN'T FALL APART. I LIVED THERE THIS YEAR, AND I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL.

I HAD A CHUNK OF PLASTER FALL ON THE FLOOR; THE MAINTENANCE PEOPLE HAVE YET TO FIX IT. FROM WHAT I SAW, I DON'T THINK THEY'VE DONE ANYTHING ABOUT IT YET.

EVERY MONTH I'D COMPLAIN AND WE GOT INTO THIS LITTLE DANCE. I'D TELL THEM ABOUT IT, THEY'D COME TO LOOK AT IT. THE FOLLOWING MONTH. THE WHOLE THING STARTED AGAIN.

THERE ARE BETTER PLACES TO RENT FROM. DON'T COME HERE.

My ex-husband and I, was there 23-24 years ago. At the time, the parking was limted, specially if you came in late at night and couldn't find a parking spot. If you came in late, some times you had to park across the street. The apartment was roach invested, which I didn't realize until we moved there. I, remember the laundry room had very little light, and the dryer made our clothes smell (which were gas dryers). They had a small pool, no hot tub. There was assigned parking, but you had to pay for that. I, believe there were certain residence that had a private parking spots in the covered area. When my ex and I moved out, someone stoled the cable box. One gentleman said that their other building had drug dealers living there, and he and his wife were moving out. They had a live security guard at the time I was there, which I remember all he did was talk to certain residence folks, in the office more than outside on the grounds. Grounds had very limited in space. The only good part is that they had a lot of closet space. They did have a dish washer, and stove and the frig that worked okay. This is all that I can remember..
