Please, do not live here! The walls are falling apart. The rain makes the walls & ceiling leak. It takes the maintenance guys weeks to get to you unless you have their boss' telephone number. To make things all the worse, the office manager just performs an act that does you no good. Oh, and once you get that miraculous little phone number, this woman will give you an attitude every time you go in to pay the rent.

The area is nice, but there are other apartment buildings you could check out. Try down the street on 135th, please!
