My ex-husband and I were there about 23-24 years ago. We were there for three years. All I could remember, is that the apartment was roach invest, that I didn't realize until after we had moved there. The dishwasher, refrig, and stove worked okay. The grounds were limited space. There was covered parking space for certain resident members. There was assigned parking, but you had to pay for that. If you were late coming from a nice evening, and you couldn't find a parking spot, you would have to park across the street. They had a live security guard there, that lived in the building, but talked with certain resident members in the office, and sometimes outside. The laundry room seemed to have very little light. The clothes dryer made our clothes smell, (they used gas dryers). They had a small pool, no hot tub. The views were on the street side or canal side. When we moved out, the cable box was stolen, and a gentleman told me, that he and his wife were moving out, due to that their other building had drug dealers for resident members. The only thing good about it was the closet space.
