I have lived in the New Arena Apartment Complex for a little over 3 years. I think management tries really hard to give low-income people a decent place to live. The apartments are small, but for the price what do you expect' The complex is done in a nice garden-style, with pretty landscaping. There are elevators on both sides, a laundrey mat, and a groundskeeper employeed to clean up the mess accumulated throughout the day. The people working in the office are extremely nice and are willing to work with whatever situation you may have. Overall, I think it's a nice place to live. Why pay $1100.00 a month for rent, for a apartment that's only a fraction bigger, when you can get super cheap rent that's in a convenient location (Downtown, South Beach, Brickell, Hospitals, Courts, etc.) Don't mind the thugs. They keep to themselves and I have yet to report a break-in, car theft, car vandalism, etc.
