Fire alarms go off for no reason, elevatores rarely work and the new management are complete fools and rude. There is only one parking spot per apt and street parking is at ypour own risk. Also, there's a lot of low-income types here.

On the plus side, the apts are quiet and the maintinace people are quick and somewhat efficent. Good view if you can get a high floor looking the right direction.

And they just cahnging the name for the third time in as many years: Arena Towers, the Bayview Towers, now The Towers at Park West...should tell you something.
