I am currently a resident, and I must say that the past year has been the worst year living at the Ashley's Place Residence. The management is very unprofessional and has no people skills what so ever. I must say the property is a very well kept living area, however there is no privacy as far as management goes. To make a long story short Gator Investments really need to think twice before allowing the the Manager in seat now to contiune, as she forcing all residents to leave there stay!!
