WE RENTED HERE AND HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY FOR THE PAST 7 MONTHS AND INTEND ON RENEWING OUR LEASE. THE STAFF ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND ACCOMODATING AND ASSIST RESIDENTS THAT RESIDE HERE. THEY DO HAVE RULES AND REGULATIONS TO MAKE SURE THE RESIDENTS KEEP THE PROPERTY NICE. NEIGHBOURS MIND THEIR OWN BUSINESS AND GENERALLY STAY TO THEMSELVES.
THE LOCATION IS VERY CLOSE TO ALL OUR NEEDS. SHOPPING AND PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION ARE VERY CLOSE TO THE BUILDING. ITS GREAT HAVING GATED GARAGE PARKING.

are you serious? you like at night how there are shootings at that strip club? this is a dangerous place to live, i got the hell out as fast as i could after i had my apt. broken into and everything stolen. you are truely the first person ive heard that is happy there. please be careful!!!! i liked it at first too...

Ive lived here for 2 years now and I must say it is quiet and the neighbors are very friendly. Yes, there is a strip club and corner store across the streets but the community is gated. How can people complain? You get what you pay for. Its North Miami and the rent is dirt cheap ( for me at least). You want some place without a strip club across the street? Try Pembroke Pines or Weston dont down talk the property.
